(Curric): Finished surveys.
Amendment to change “ultimatum” to “impasse”.
Amendment passes without objection.
Dealing with these types of situations is part of getting into “real life.”
This is over legislation, especially encroaching on teachers’ teaching styles.
The impetus is still on the student to start the conversation.
This should be the responsibility of students.
A test is an opportunity to show the best one can show, this allows for all students to do that.
These conversations are already happening, we don’t need to create more red tape.
This motion can only enhance a student’s performance.
These guidelines only come into effect if a student wants them to.
Debate closes.
Motion fails.

This only makes the code more ambiguous and less strong for teachers.
If the code is to be followed, then it needs to be specific and universal.
This change streamlines the code and makes it much more objective.
Changes from action on a reaction to an outfit to the physical outfit itself.
The incoming teachers and impressionable future generations are the ones that should be thought of with this change, not teachers.
It doesn’t matter how big a step is take, as long as we’re going in the right direction.
Motion passes.
Meeting adjourns.
