Council Minutes 5.18.16

• 1. Approval of Minutes

  2. Reports

     • Moderator: Sad that it is our last meeting but it's exciting to hold officer elections

     • A-Mod: Let’s try to move quickly today. Please vote for a day for the Council Picnic.

     • Treasurer: The transfer from the Co-Curricular fund has been approved and we are waiting on one more form for the Co-Curricular Budget before it can be enacted. Funds have not changed since last week.

     • Secretary: Staff alternate and freshmen alternate can vote. Everyone can vote for Leadership.

     • DSB: Excited for leadership elections

     • SL: Picked a club for the Student Life Club Award

     • Admin: Discussed Staff of the Year and Skip Bean Awards

  3. Officer Elections

     • Assistant Moderator: Connor Stafford

     • Treasurer: Mae Butler

     • Secretary: Coyote Farrell

     • Dresden School Board Representative: Jasper Meyer
